Johanna Cooper, DVM, DACVIM
Dr. Johanna Cooper is originally from Ottawa, Ontario. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Guelph Ontario Veterinary College and worked in general practice for two years prior to deciding to pursue a career in Internal Medicine. Dr. Cooper became board certified in Internal Medicine in 2007, after completing a one-year internship at the University of Guelph Ontario Veterinary College and a three-year residency at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Cooper is married to Dr. Chris Pirie, a veterinary ophthalmologist at Tufts University Foster Hospital for Small Animals. They share their home with two dogs, Leo and Freya, and two cats, Chaos and Isaac.
