Dr. Michelle Oranges

Michelle Oranges, DVM, Diplomate ACVIM- Cardiology

Dr. Oranges is a board-certified veterinary cardiologist. She received her DVM degree from the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in 2018. Following graduation, she completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston. She then went on to complete a one-year cardiology specialty internship at VCA ASEC in Los Angeles before returning to Angell in July of 2020 for her cardiology residency.

Dr. Oranges joined Tufts V.E.T.S. in March 2024. She is excited to bring her interests in teaching, advanced echocardiography, interventional cardiology, and medical management of acquired cardiac disease to the Tufts V.E.T.S team! She gains great satisfaction from getting to know and care for her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family, including her adopted pup Bailey and bunny Harvey.
