Liaisons

Paige

Paige

Paige worked at Tufts VETS as a veterinary assistant in our ECC from 2017-2019. She then spent a few years growing as a professional before rejoining the team in February 2024. Her formal studies were in Sociology and English, but Paige grew up around animals as her mom is a veterinary technician. Her favorite part of her job is finding new ways every day to make lives easier for our clients and staff. She shares her home with 5 cats and a foster dog. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, visiting antique stores and coffee shops, and spending time at home doing crafts.

Michelle

Michelle

Michelle rejoined Tufts VETS in February 2025 as an ECC liaison. She previously worked as an ICU technician here. Michelle started in the field over 20 years ago in general practice. She discovered her love for Emergency and Critical Care medicine soon thereafter. Her favorite parts of her job are learning new medical things and supporting technicians, doctors and clients to provide the best possible care for patients during and after their hospitalization. Michelle has a French Bulldog named Harley and an elderly Siamese kitty named Ming. When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, spending time with her kids and grandkids, and enjoying sunshine and horses.

Kristina

Kristina

Kristina has been at Tufts VETS since February 2024. Not only does Kristina work as an ECC liaison here, she is also a CSR supervisor. Kristina has worked in healthcare (veterinary or human) for the past 18 years. Prior to joining Tufts VETS she worked as an ER liaison at another specialty/ER facility. Kristina enjoys making a difference in both the patients' and clients’ lives. She loves seeing a pet's health turn around after treatment, but even more so seeing a client's reaction when their beloved pet's health turns around because of our care. Kristina loves to collect plants. She and her daughter can be found at a nursery or pet store on the weekends. During the summer months she enjoys going to concerts and soaking up the warm weather. Kristina’s Doberman, Maverick, keeps her on her toes (like a toddler)! She also has two sibling grand kitties named Kenzie and Theo. Over the years she has had bearded dragons, iguanas, uromastyx, and many varieties of fish including freshwater stingrays, arowanas and more.

Jessica

Jessica

Jessica made the change from human medicine to ECC liaison at Tufts VETS in 2024. She enjoys being there to support pet owners on both the tough days when their pets are sick, and the good days when they get to go home! She particularly likes sending pictures to pet owners to help them feel connected to their pets while they are hospitalized. Jess has one cat named Margot, and she enjoys going to the movies and taking nature walks.

Julia

Julia

Julia began at Tufts VETS in 2023 as a customer service representative. In college, she majored in Animal Science and Business. She has worked with pets her whole life. She shows her 2 English Cocker Spaniels in several sports. She also has a horse and loves to read. The most rewarding part of her job is building relationships with our clients.
