Junes Ossman
DVM
Dr. Ossman is from Tennessee where she earned her BS in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee. She then spent 2 years as a special education teacher before returning to the University of Tennessee where she earned her DVM. Following vet school, Dr. Ossman completed a one year small animal rotating internship at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and stayed for another three years to complete her residency in emergency and critical care. Dr. Ossman joined Tufts VETS in 2025.
Dr. Ossman enjoys all aspects of critical care; however, she has particular interest in mechanical ventilation, respiratory emergencies, polytrauma, coagulation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, toxin ingestion, and arrhythmias. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places, traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with friends and her two dogs.
